Fitness may not be easy, but it sure can be simple.
Print the list below, post on your fridge and follow every day. See how 28 tips can change your life.
28 Simple Ways To Be Fit
  1. Eat breakfast and make it substantial. A combination of protein and whole-grain carbs (or fruit and veggies) will jump start your metabolism.
  2. Can’t make it to the gym? Do a simple routine at your house. Pick five bodyweight exercises like pushups, situps, lunges, etc., and do them 20 times each. Repeat.
  3. Use smaller plates when you eat. The bigger the plate, the more food you tend to pile on.
  4. Wait 10 minutes before having seconds. If you’re truly still hungry, proceed.
  5. Drink water throughout the day.
  6. Make it a challenge to eat five servings of vegetables per day.
  7. Chop up your veggies and put them in cute containers in the fridge. If they are readily available to munch on, you’ll eat them more often.
  8. Rest your body when you’re tired and get eight hours of sleep at night.
  9. Hang out with healthy people.
  10. Get a hobby and enjoy your time doing it.
